#26 – Adam Anderson: 'Categories were invented to control and keep an eye on people'

House Conspiracy's Jonathan O'Brien chats with Adam Anderson about identity, performance, Instagram, and taking the middle path.

Currently undertaking a PhD in Griffith University, Adam’s practice incorporates masquerade performance, video, animation, projection, sound, drawing, photography and wearable art. His work intersects an eclectic array of cultural, social, religious and gendered icons through an immersive and charged ritualistic methodology which explores the ontological premise of identity.
