Emmalyn Hawthorne is an installation artist working in expanded drawing. She is interested in beautiful things, poetry, and wilful self-deception, and has spent quite a bit of time intellectualising that. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art with Honours in 2018.
We acknowledge the Turrbal and Yugara people, the First Nations custodians of the lands where House Conspiracy now stands and that sovereignty has never been ceded. We pay respect to their Elders, lores, customs and creation spirits, recognising that these lands have always been places of teaching, creativity and learning.
