Public historian Hilary Davies talks to House Conspiracy's Jonathan O'Brien about what it means to be a historian in 2017.

Brisbane writer and historian Hilary Davies writes Australian history books and articles, and historical fiction. She holds a PhD in history and is the author of Surveying Success, an award-winning book about life in colonial Queensland. She ‘turned Indie’ publisher in 2015, and as Isabella Hargreaves has released nine historical fiction ebooks.
